Welcome to Willow Print Co. By placing an order, submitting a form, or emailing us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions.
By submitting an order, form, or inquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Any communication (email, form submission) requesting services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Design services may incur additional fees beyond standard product costs.
Design fees will be communicated and must be approved before work begins.
We subcontract professional designers when necessary; subcontracted design fees may be included in your total.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all design proofs prior to printing.
Clients must approve digital proofs before production.
After approval, any changes or corrections will be subject to additional fees.
Willow Print Co is not responsible for errors approved by the client.
Full payment is required before production or shipping begins.
We accept payments primarily via Venmo. Other payment methods must be discussed and approved prior to order.
Failure to pay in full may delay or cancel your order without refund.
Estimated production times will be provided at the time of order confirmation.
Production does not start until full payment and design approval are received.
Rush orders may be accommodated for an extra fee but are not guaranteed.
Shipping costs and methods will be communicated during checkout.
Willow Print Co is not liable for delays, damage, loss, or theft once the package has been shipped.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.
Shipping carrier tracking will be provided when available.
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
Refunds or returns are not accepted unless there is a clear printing defect or error caused by Willow Print Co.
Clients must report any defects or errors within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.
Orders may be canceled or modified only prior to final design approval and full payment.
Cancellation or changes after approval/payment are not accepted.
Clients must provide accurate, complete, and legible information for printing.
Willow Print Co is not liable for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete client information (e.g., misspellings, wrong dates, addresses).
Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or copyrights for submitted artwork, logos, or fonts.
All designs and artwork created remain the intellectual property of Willow Print Co until full payment is made.
Upon full payment, clients receive a license for personal use only; commercial resale or reproduction is prohibited without permission.
Subcontracted designers retain rights to their work unless otherwise assigned.
Customer information will be used solely for order fulfillment and communication.
We will not share or sell personal information to third parties except as necessary for shipping or legal compliance.
Willow Print Co is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
Willow Print Co is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, acts of government, or shipping disruptions.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ohio.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within Montgomery County, Ohio.
